Security Envelopes

These sealable envelopes (9" x 12") provide a more easily securable way to store documents containing nonpublic information in the customers’ deal jackets. The envelope is pre-printed with blanks to ensure the envelope is always returned to the correct file and that proper and complete records are kept of what employees have accessed the secure information.

Simply place all documents with a particular customer’s nonpublic personal information in the envelope. The envelope can be easily removed from the deal jacket to allow access to employees who aren’t trained Secure Document Workers.
