If your name is missing from the roster

If your name is missing from the roster, please fill out the application form below. If you were certified within the last year, your name may not yet be posted. It will be posted when it is fully processed and submitting this application will not expedite this process. Additionally, you may not see your name on the roster because your AFIP Membership may have expired. Basic Certification is valid for two years from the date you were certified and Senior Certification is valid for three years from the date you were certified.

Those items marked with an asterisk will be posted and viewable by those who visit this site. The information that is not marked with an asterisk is used for verification purposes only and will not be shared with anyone. Please provide as much information as possible.
