With nearly three decades experience in the retail auto industry, Judy Vann specializes in training for sales and marketing, F&I, and management. Judy is an AFIP Accredited Facilitator for the AFIP Certification Program and has taken hundreds of F&I managers through the program over the last five years. Her proven training methods have resulted in some of the highest scores in AFIP history.
In addition to her work with AFIP, Judy is also the training specialist for the NJCAR Academy. Her company, JV Solutions, enables dealers to maintain the standards and ethical practices necessary in today’s ever-changing environment. She has also helped dozens of dealer groups with their Safeguards and Red Flags Rule policy implementations.
Through needs analysis, problem solving, strategic planning, coaching, and training, her company has created educational programs that are designed to use a real-world approach to increasing confidence and performance during each stage of the selling process.
Jeffrey Bennett earned his BA at Kenyon College and his MA at Saginaw Valley State University. He has written three textbooks for Northwood University, where he teaches automotive management, marketing, advertising and English classes.
Jeff first earned his AFIP Certification in 2007 and teaches Northwood’s AFIP Certification classes at the Michigan campus. In 2008, Bennett became the host of AFIP’s multimedia lecture series, which is included in the AFIP study materials.
Lee Workum attended Ohio University and received a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and sales in 1987. Upon graduating, Lee entered the specialty insurance industry working for a national provider of F&I products to the manufactured housing industry. His responsibilities included the development and training of F&I departments for the manufactured housing industry.
In 1999, Workum entered the automotive industry working for the already established Specialty Underwriters Group, a full-service training and aftermarket product agency. The company delivers income development, F&I and compliance training services to franchised and independent dealers located in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. Lee is Senior AFIP Certified and holds a CIC designation.
Ronald J. Reahard is President of Reahard & Associates, Inc., a nationally recognized independent F&I training and consulting company. Reahard & Associates is an NADA University Partner that provides F&I classes, workshops, in-dealership and online training at dealerships throughout the U.S. Ron has created and conducted numerous F&I training programs and workshops for major dealer groups, vehicle manufacturers, as well as NADA. Ron conducted the workshop ““Focus On F&I: Take A Walk On The WOW! Side” at the 2011 NADA Convention, “The Secret Value Of Ongoing Training” at the 2010 F&I Conference, and has authored numerous articles that have appeared in F&I and Showroom magazine, Agent Entrepreneur magazine, Automotive Executive, and the Journal of the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals. Ron is a member of the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals, and has received his Senior AFIP Certification.
Matt has over 11 years of retail experience in the car business, including as a sales manager, F&I director, and buy-here pay-here manager. As a Training Solutions Specialist and Territory Manager for Service Group, he has worked hand in hand with dealership personnel on F&I income development and compliance training, in addition to spearheading training and compliance for the sales staff. He is now the Director of Service Group Academy in Austin, Texas, a school where dealership personnel receive sales and F&I training, both in the classroom and on-site at the dealership. Service Group is the leading AFIP certification entity in Texas and New Mexico and the first F&I company in the nation to receive AFIP’s distinction as an Accredited Training Curriculum.
Matt earned his first AFIP certification in 2006.
After graduating from Texas A&M in 1993, Everett Morgan began his career as an automotive sales consultant. Success in sales led to his promotion to business manager, then F&I director, and eventually director of F&I Operations for a large dealer group. Everett has become an expert on compliance and regulatory issues.
Everett earned his first AFIP Certification in 2003.
Bobby Archambault started washing cars in the make-ready department while in high school. After spending several years touring the country as a professional musician, he started selling cars in 1980. Bobby has held every position on the variable side of a dealership, including General Manager and Dealer. He also spent six years on the F&I products-, training- and consulting-sides of the business with the Karl Singer and Pat Ryan Groups. As Southwest Regional Vice President for Ryan, he oversaw 220 dealerships while achieving the highest service contract policy count in the United States and the highest profit per employee of any region in the country. Since founding Smart Dealer University in 2002, the SDU F&I School under Bobby has enjoyed a 99.7% student satisfaction rating. In addition to being Senior AFIP Certified, Bobby has trained thousands of successful salespeople and F&I managers throughout his career.
David Worrall is Managing Director of Training and Development at The Warranty Group, the worlds leading single source provider of underwriting, administration and marketing of service contracts and related benefits. With over three decades of automotive experience, David brings a vast amount of experience to the training programs he creates and conducts for The Warranty Group clients across the US. David received his AFIP Senior Certification in 2007. In 2010, he conducted the workshop entitled, Dealership Development - How to Eliminate the Cost of Ineffectiveness, at the NADA convention. David earned a MBA degree from Marquette University and a BSBA degree from Xavier University.
Domonica Esgar is the Colorado district development and training manager for Resource Automotive. She’s been in the F&I industry for 11 years and has training in credit live and disability, F&I regulations, marketing, and finance. She became AFIP Certified in 2007 and has been proctoring the AFIP exams for four years.

Rick Roesel is President of Agency Services Consolidated, Inc., a Cincinnati based agency specializing in products and services for the Finance and Insurance professional. In addition, Rick is the Master General Agent for NCompass RV, a national private label RV service contract program.
Since graduating from Eastern Kentucky University in 1978, Rick has over 30 years of combined experience in the automotive retailing and F&I products industries. He has been a proctor for AFIP since 2005. Agency Services has been a major provider for Finance and Insurance department products, services, and training in the Ohio and Kentucky markets since 1992.
